Last week, CorpsAfrica/Malawi's Human-Centered Design (HCD) Training Center partnered with the University of North Carolina's Lilongwe Prism LINK study for an impactful training session. The training focused on integrating HCD tools and mindsets into the research study, which aims to enhance postpartum HIV prevention in Malawi by leveraging infant visit PrEP integration and task shifting. The study seeks to incorporate HCD principles to deeply understand Malawi’s experiences, unique contexts, cultures, and conditions.. By examining diverse perspectives, the study aims to identify what works and what doesn't in HIV prevention. Our HCD Training Center facilitated this collaborative process, bringing together various stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, clinic sites, and partners such as Lighthouse Trust, MACRO, Partners in Hope, and Mothers to Mothers.
