We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Communication Specialist - Intern who will assist in the deployment of the site’s communication plans and initiatives.

YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Communication Specialist - Intern who will assist in the deployment of the site’s communication plans and initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in organizing and implementing the site’s Communication initiatives.
- Update the Events Planner.
- Follow the procurement process and liaise with service providers for timely provision of products/services.
- Assist in deploying Corporate Communication within the plant.
- Create and coordinate corporate social media pages and content.
- Assist in planning, writing, and managing newsletter and emailing.
- Contribute to internal event organization.
- Update and publish on the corporate intranet website.
- Provide general administrative and communications support.
The ideal candidate shall:
- Good presentation skills.
- Experience in using social media and in deploying communication/employer branding plans.
- Web development skills are preferred but not required.
- Design, photography and editing skills are preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are preferred but not required.
