Arman Tsarukyan strengthen his case for a lightweight title shot Saturday when he registered the biggest win over his career thus far against Charles Oliveira at UFC 300.

Tsarukyan (22-3 MMA, 9-2 UFC) continued his assent up the divisional pecking order with a split decision over former 155-pound Oliveira (34-10 MMA, 22-10 UFC) in their main card matchup at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

I can see it both ways, but Oliviera had a tight submission attempt for almost 45 seconds and I didn’t feel Tsarukyan did a lot of damage prior to that in R3.
