Recently, we’ve discovered the power of the people. Empires can rise and fall. The main contributor to this is the people it is either serving or oppressing. We live in a nation in which our voice and our vote has been thought to not matter. There are people who do not know the purpose of the vote or how to do this. For those who are willing and eager to vote, educating them feels thrilling. By being able to lift others up when I can’t vote is almost like giving them some of my enthusiasm to vote. It also is spectacular to know that while I am just one person I can still help someone get their voice out and even others. This domino effect is will help us. It’s not over yet so we can neither lose hope nor can we stop fighting.
