Faded grandeur. Room was a little tired and worn with holes in the furniture and cracks in the bathroom tiles.

Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The room had a lovely view and is in a brilliant spot to get out and investigate the city.

I have stayed here before, last time was awful, staff were rude and the evening meals were disgusting but I am glad to say it has completely changed, all the staff were lovely ,polite and new their job, and the food was delicious, will definitely stay again.
