Had a nice time in Cartegena. Food was very good. Service very good. Hotel would have received a higher rating however the construction was real annoying. The rooftop was closed most days . All in all all a real nice stay.

The hotel is amazing as well as all the amenities, but most importantly, the staff is fantastic. Jeremy Zúñiga took care us of during our staying, was very helpful, cordial, friendly and respectful. He always greeted us with a smile and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable at the hotel.

Room was lacking in natural light. Despite asking reception staff in person before booking about this as no balcony. Pool and breakfast staff were all very good. Everything else sub par. No All Platinum recognition except free drink voucher.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. We stayed for a week. There was never anything that I asked for that the staff couldn't provide. They were very friendly and accomadating. I come to Cartagena often. We will always stay here.
