Francis A. Farraye, M.D., M.Sc.
Dr. Farraye is the director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Center at Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, Fla., and a professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. A gastroenterologist and clinical investigator, he has been practicing medicine for 33 years. Dr. Farraye is a frequent speaker on the diagnosis and management of IBD and has authored or coauthored more than 450 scientific manuscripts, chapters, reviews and abstracts. He is editor in chief of IBD Journal Scan published weekly by the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He coedited the publications Curbside Consultation in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and GI Emergencies.…

Dr. Kane is a professor of medicine at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and assistant chair for patient experience within the division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minn. She also serves as chair of Mayo Clinic Quality Academy’s fellow subcommittee. Dr. Kane, a gastroenterologist and clinical investigator, has been practicing medicine for 22 years.
