All Pharmacies including independent, hospital dispensing, and corporate must complete and submit a current MCIR New Immunizing Provider Site Agreement and send it to their regional MCIR office. Corporate Pharmacies

The corporate pharmacy office works directly with the State of Michigan MCIR Helpdesk regarding enrollment of new pharmacy stores and its users. Each corporate entity must have an Immunizing Provider Site Agreement on file to utilize MCIR.

Contact your corporate office or your the MCIR Help Desk to update and make changes to your Site Administrator or user list.

HL7 Message Viewer User Reference Guide

The HL7 Message Viewer is a data quality tool for reviewing Health Level-7 (HL7), Unsolicited Vaccine Record Update (VXU) messages submitted to MCIR’s HL7 interface for Onboarding (OBRD) or Production (PROD).

You can use this tool to locate HL7 VXU messages, and view details about what was submitted to MCIR and how MCIR responded.

Independent Pharmacies

Independent pharmacies must complete and have a current Immunizing Provider Site Agreement on file with MCIR to utilize MCIR.
