Gordon’s story

Following a bout of H3N2 virus, Gordon had his life turned upside down and had to rely on support from his wife, who is now his full-time carer. Whilst receiving support from the MCF, Gordon looked for ways to give back and wanted to help others that could be in a similar situation to himself.

Mark’s story

When Mark’s health took a decline, his life was turned upside down and he struggled to get the help he needed. After leaving the hospital, Mark had been unable to receive aftercare at home when his details was misplaced. This meant that Mark’s wife, Amanda, had to undertake all of his care.
