The Board of Trustees invites applications for the position of Superintendent for Seine River School Division. Duties will commence January 1, 2025.
The Board of Trustees seeks a caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable educational leader who cares deeply for children, makes their education the first priority, and understands the role that all adults, particularly parents and communities, play in their education. The Division is committed to the success of all children and young people and sees providing quality education in English and French Immersion stream as the opportunity to live, and prepare to live, a good life at home and anywhere in the world. The Division requires an individual who is an accountability-based leader in terms of student results and achievement, assessment and evaluation of programs, and strategic planning for growth and development.
Seine River School Division is defined by its friendly people, its cultural diversity, and growing communities. The division operates 15 schools where approximately 4,750 students attend school in either English or French Immersion. The Division believes the provision of meaningful and appropriate education is a shared responsibility of all partners – Board, staff, parents, and community.
