I am a professional practicing business law for more than 20 years, advising a wide range of clients (from individuals to listed companies) through M&A transactions (buy and sell-sides, from LOI to Closing), private equity transactions and more generally general corporate law matters.
I am recognized as a Foreign Expert (Luxembourg and Belgium markets) by Chambers Global and contribute time in promoting the Luxembourg local legal industry via different associations.
Prior to moving to Luxembourg, I practiced M&A and corporate law in Belgium for approximately 15 years in top tier international and independent Belgian law firms.
