À propos

We combine technology with human intuition and expertise, focusing on transparency and ethics to reshape how organizations navigate and utilize the digital world. Our Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) platform magnifies the impact of investigative and analytical teams. We call this a small data approach. Over the past 10 years, Tadaweb has become a leader in the collection and enrichment of information to effectively scale analysts’ impact. Our SaaS platform follows ethical principles, only relying on publicly available information. Our company culture is driven by the core values of family first, nothing is impossible, and work hard, play harder. There’s a healthy and positive culture to care about employee well-being by creating a great workplace, which shows up in the investments we make in our offices and social perks. As a growth-stage company, we are hiring, so if you are passionate about positively impacting the world through innovative technology, please get in touch!

As part of our growth journey, we've been focusing on how to better support our team. Recently, we've added a new #training portal to our benefits lineup, packed with #flexibility and tons of options. From guitar lessons and programming languages to management skills, this platform's got you covered. Being a human-centric company means implementing resources that help our team develop both soft and technical #skills for their personal and professional lives. We believe in flexibility. The new training portal lets you pick the courses that spark your interest, work through them at your own pace, and fit them into your schedule—be it between calls or first thing in the morning, you decide. As a #scaling company, it's crucial to keep our talent curious and open to learning, whether within their current field or something entirely new. We invest in our people to give them more opportunities to thrive, take control of their learning experiences, and explore their full potential. This results in better-trained, more talented, and skilled professionals who embrace our mentality that nothing is impossible. This approach not only boosts internal mobility by creating a rich pool of candidates who can adapt and grow with the company but also fosters deeper engagement with the company. Being people-centric means we want our employees to find ways to leverage their careers and lives while they are with us. We’re all about encouraging a team focused on learning, seeking new challenges, and striving to get better every day.

Is There Such Thing as a "Yes" or "No" Company?  Something that often comes up when I discuss with colleagues is the idea that "Tadaweb is a 'yes' company." Reflecting on this, I’ve come to see the value of being a 'yes' company, even though we sometimes have to say no. For me, at Tadaweb, it's about striving to say yes and making the seemingly impossible possible. Being a 'yes' company doesn't mean every answer is yes. It's about striking a balance between being open to hearing the team and being aware of business needs. It's about considering employees and making them feel like owners of our shared journey. It’s a mindset and way of living that impacts our work, lives, and motivations. It's about fostering a culture of #innovation, positivity, and resilience. As professionals, we all seek to work at places that align with our #values and way of life. At Tadaweb, we say yes, and then we figure out how to make it happen.    #EmployeeInsights | Eliza Jennings, Social Media and Content Assistant

Here at Tadaweb, we are excited to see our Co-founder, Genna Elvin, stepping into a #leadership role at PULSE (formerly startups.lu). In this additional position, Genna hopes to promote a better eco-system for startups, like our own. She intends to make it easier for investors to invest in #Luxembourg, lobby for better advantages for entrepreneurs and their teams, and generally work to make the eco-system a stronger place. Her vision is to elevate voices, create change, and enhance collaboration. With firsthand experience in founding a company that grew within the Luxembourgish #startup ecosystem, Genna believes that it is the duty of all Founders who have matured to give back to the eco-systems that helped them to flourish in the first place. Kudos to our Co-founder and to everyone involved who is working hard to create an environment where startups can thrive 🚀 #innovation #techcompany

Years ago, Google conducted research to uncover the secrets of team success. They examined numerous variables, including friendships, management styles, organizational structure, personal interests, and gender. Surprisingly, none of these factors provided a definitive answer. The true key to success was something less tangible but immensely impactful: fostering a psychologically safe workspace. From day one, we've prioritized making our company people-centric. We knew that to truly enhance our well-being, we needed more than just a ping-pong table and an inflatable gorilla. Initially, when we were just a team of 15, we engaged in one-on-one conversations to understand our team better. Today, we've evolved to use techniques like gemba walks, all aimed at creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable expressing themselves and defending their most unconventional ideas. We wanted to cultivate the hacker mentality that defines us. We don't expect employees to leave their personal lives at the door. We want everyone to feel completely safe and recognized, not just as employees, but as unique individuals. As we've grown, this approach has naturally evolved. We still have no dress codes or rigid work schedules at Tadaweb. We offer open spaces where people can choose where they want to be. We don't want anyone to put on a facade when they step into our office; we want them to shine and thrive as their whole selves. This commitment to a psychologically safe and inclusive environment remains central to our success and will continue to guide us toward future achievements. #mentalhealth #companyculture #worklifebalance

As a startup, we operated in an environment where ideas flow freely, fostering constant innovation and problem-solving to meet our customers' needs. Now, as we scale up, we’re finding ways to maintain that creativity while introducing necessary processes.  Here are Céline Hade 's takes, our Lead Product Manager, on how we integrate creativity into our business goals through our product roadmap. Céline shared how challenging it was to balance our dynamic product roadmap with a steady flow of new ideas. As we introduced a new user feedback process, it was adapted to also include peers’ suggestions and ideas. Every quarter, we review and prioritize the submitted ideas and suggestions that align with our vision. Additionally, throughout the quarter, we identify items that can quickly be added to the current development backlog, requiring minimal effort while providing significant user value. This approach helps us deliver solutions that meet market needs and enhance customer satisfaction. Integrating new ideas into our roadmap starts with aligning them with our company's vision and strategy. This structured approach ensures that creativity enhances rather than disrupts our work processes. We always consider team feedback and ideas, empowering our employees to contribute meaningfully to product development. Guidelines like OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) provide essential structure. They guide us back to our core goals when ideas veer off track, ensuring alignment between creativity and strategic objectives. Ultimately, by blending creativity with strategic planning, we ensure that our ideas contribute effectively to our business goals and enhance our customers' experiences. #productroadmap #productmanagement #creativity #scaleup #OKR #techcompany #companyculture

Benjamin TERRIER began his development journey with an engineering degree in physics and nanoscience. During his final year of school, he discovered a passion for software engineering, which led him to explore various domains of software development. His experience ranges from creating real-time flight simulations to developing industrial and scientific test equipment.     Nearly five years ago, Benjamin joined Tadaweb as a software engineer. He became one of the first members of our squad, Hapu2, and remains a key player. As an experienced software engineer in a scaling company, Benjamin now faces the challenge of juggling more than just technical tasks.     The collaborative experience has allowed Benjamin to leverage his technical expertise while expanding his business and user-oriented knowledge, enabling him to implement improvements that benefit both the team and our customers.     For Benjamin, a hacker mentality is crucial; he loves solving problems and tackling challenges with his team, especially when coding is involved. He thrives in an environment where everyone's ideas and opinions are valued, whether it's a small change like rewording a button label or a significant overhaul like modifying the core library to add features and simplify fellow developers' work (yes, he did that 💡).     When Benjamin joined Tadaweb, he expected a typical enterprise that merely talked about culture. However, he quickly realized that Tadaweb genuinely supports its employees, whether it's taking a break to unwind with video games or stepping out for a family emergency. The support from the team is always there.     Outside of coding, Benjamin enjoys astronomy, from reading the latest updates to stargazing, and finds solace in baking delicious desserts to share with others.    Thank you for being part of Tadaweb, Benjamin. We look forward to continuing to build great tech with you! 🚀  #companyculture #tech #softwareengineer #employeespotlight #innovation #corevalues
