Abstract

Understanding the value of the breathing exercises as taught in the ancient yoga practices which help the learners with special needs in various areas of skill development is need of the hour. At PYSSUM (Paramahansa Yogananda Society for Special Unfolding and Moulding), we practise these yoga practices for the individuals with intellectual disabilities to enhance concentration and improve behaviour patterns for the individuals with intellectual disabilities.
