Abstract

The knowledge of every individual member of staff is becoming increasingly important as a competitive factor. Holistic qualification systems combine knowledge about work processes and improve care. They are of educational databases which closely involved in the respective production systems. One application at Daimler Truck Group shows their efficiency.
