About The Program
Trans+ offers opportunities to individuals within the transgender and non-binary community to discuss different aspects of their journeys, share vital resources, celebrate each other’s successes, and support one another when faced with challenges as a collective group.
This program also:
- Provides access to physical healthcare
- Provides access to mental healthcare
- Addresses commonplace health disparities by reducing barriers, amplifying outreach, and increasing access to safe, affirming, and culturally sensitive healthcare for transgender and non-binary individuals in the Greater Cleveland region.
Trans+ West
