Pride Clinic

The Center and MetroHealth have partnered to provide safe and supportive medical care to the Cleveland LGBTQ+ community onsite at The Center. Primary Services include: primary adult care (13 years and older), hormone therapy, family planning, smoking cessation, immunizations, physical exams, HIV prevention (PrEP or Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis), STI testing and treatment.

Walk-In HIV/STI Testing

Testing is provided in collaboration with Central Outreach Wellness Center, The Centers, and Neighborhood Family Practice.  Individuals seeking testing must be 18+ in age or accompanied by a legal guardian. Additionally, STI testing will be made available every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 2pm - 7:30pm.

WUMC Food Pantry

Run through a partnership between Westlake United Methodist Church and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, The Center is proud to host a walk-in food pantry on the first Friday of each month. Photo identification is required to be able to use the pantry.

Alcoholics Anonymous

Pride AA is a community-led support group for LGBTQ+ and ally community members in recovery. Meetings are on a walk-in basis and do not require registration to attend. All are welcome!

AIDS Taskforce

Since the very beginnings of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, the AIDS Taskforce of Greater Cleveland has been present as a compassionate, collaborative and comprehensive resource for those living with HIV, those at greatest risk for acquiring HIV and those who stand in support of continuing to reduce the impact of this highly preventable, and now, effectively treatable public health issue.

B. Riley House

B. Riley Sober House is an LGBTQ+ sober living facility in Cleveland Ohio. We provide all members of the LGBTQ+ community and our allies a temporary, safe, affirming, recovery orientated living space. We offer Alcohol & Drug Treatment Services, Mental Health Assessment & Treatment, as well as Psychotherapy through our outside partnerships to help each individual along his or her journey into long term recovery from substance abuse issues.

CENTER FOR LGBTQ+ CARE

Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBTQ+) Care offers healthcare services at the Lakewood Family Health Center, 216.237.5500. Embedded in a primary care practice, the center provides care for all patients in a safe and welcoming environment. It includes providers who understand the health needs of LGBT patients, and access to specialists with expertise in LGBTQ+ care.

VHA LGBTQ+ Health Program

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) welcomes all Veterans, families, caregivers, and survivor beneficiaries, including diverse gender identities and sexual orientations. LGBTQ+ Veterans have faced stigma and discrimination, which can affect health. As a healthcare institution, we need to make sure that LGBTQ+ Veterans know that they are welcome at Veterans Health Administration (VHA).

FREE COVID-19/FLU TESTS & TELEHEALTH

Home Test to Treat is a nationwide program providing free testing,
telehealth and treatment. Findings will be used to inform future public
