From seed to table, our Farm Fresh Program offers healthy, values-based, hyper-local food for our region, including Anthony, NM, El Paso, TX, Las Cruces, NM, and the multiple communities in between.
Farm Fresh works closely with an expanding network of small farmers and growers who align with La Semilla’s values, including sustainable agricultural practices, fair economic practices, and a commitment to our region’s ecosystem. The program offers additional resources for farmers in the form of technical support and Food Safety Training programs.
When COVID-19 demanded adaptations to prioritize staff and community health, Farm Fresh quickly pivoted to offer consistent access to fresh, healthy food for our community in the form of a weekly farm box program. Each week, farm boxes are available for purchase and include fresh produce from partner farmers and value-added products at an additional cost. Contactless pick-up and delivery options are available.
We accept SNAP and WIC and, thanks to the Double Up Food Bucks Program, you can use your EBT card to double your purchasing power.
