Description

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Campus Recruiter to join our team.

This essential role will focus on managing and coordinating various training programs at our campus, excellent communication skills, and understanding of training technologies and methods.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Provide guidance throughout the application process
• Report on recruitment activities and program metrics
• Work with various internal platforms
• Liaise with Educational Institutions
  
  
  

Requirements

• English level – B2 and higher, both spoken and written
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
