Four-time major champion Rory McIlroy was spotted with his wife, Erica Stoll, having dinner with his Ryder Cup teammates in a photo shared by Diane Donald, the wife of Team Europe captain Luke Donald, on her Instagram story Sunday (July 7), weeks after the couple experienced divorce drama.

The golfers and their spouses were tagged in the post showing them having dinner in London shortly after Donald played in the BMW International Open in Germany this past weekend. McIlroy, 35, the No. 2 overall golfer in the Official World Golf Ranking, hasn't played in a tournament since finishing one stroke shy of U.S. Open champion Bryson DeChambeau on June 16.

McIlroy was spotted with Stoll and their daughter, Poppy, hours after his U.S. Open collapse in Juno Beach, which included Erica wearing a large engagement ring. McIlroy revealed his and Stoll's decision to call off their divorce in a statement to the Guardian on June 11.

“There have been rumours about my personal life recently, which is unfortunate. Responding to each rumour is a fool’s game," McIlroy said. "Over the past weeks, Erica and I have realized that our best future was as a family together. Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning."

McIlroy was previously reported to have filed for divorce hours on May 13, hours after winning the Wells Fargo Championship tournament at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte.
