PG&E says "all hands on deck" as wildfires spread

NORTHSTATE, Calif. —

The Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) held a press conference on Wednesday to update where their resources are at as wildfires spread across the state.

Representatives of the company shared they are on high alert across their market, and say customers should have a plan ready in case of an outage. Sharing they predict a high load to the grid of over 22,600 watts. Which is coming close to the highest of all time of 22,684, which happened in September 2022.
