AE Brands Korea (“AEBK”) is part of Asahi AEI’s Asia Business Unit and is responsible for the growth of the Group’s European Brands (Pilsner Urquell · Kozel · Peroni Nastro Azzurro · Grolsch Premium Pilsner) in South Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

Ordering Process Development and Implementation – OFF Trade:

• Handle daily sales orders from several customers.
• Handle daily order validation and approval of the sales order and communication with 3PL.
• Manage rejected orders and returns and reflect accurate data into the system.

Manage warehousing and delivery process - For ON Trade:

• Monitor order process and ensure on-time distribution to the customers
• Monitor and coordinate 3PL warehouse operations and delivery operations
• Handle claim handling from the customer and commercial team on the delivery process.
• Responsible for weekly inventory reconciliation with the 3PL service provider to ensure consistency of system inventory and physical stock management.

Selling price updates

• Be responsible for confirmed selling price updates into the system.
• Adjust the AR invoice at the month-end process after the commercial team confirms.

Logistics cost and other logistics related work

• Support managing all logistics costs, cost analysis, and monthly closing, and drive efficient logistics cost management.
• Identify the priority areas for cost reduction and implement plans to review and reduce costs for each area.
• Drive logistics/CS process improvement, distribution network optimization and management, and /or support any Supply Chain Continuous Improvement/Transformation projects.
• Review the logistics/CS operation performance index/analysis to enhance the logistic operations and distribution KPIs.
• Support the logistics operations of Empty keg return management.

We might be a potential match if you are/have:

• University Degree of education or above
• FMCG / Retail or Consumer brand industry exposure.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience in Logistics and C/S part
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI skills preferred.
• Operation excellence and continuous improvement mindset
• Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• System knowledge of SAP (Business One) ERP Systems or SAP R3 systems is highly preferred.
• Proficient in business English, both speaking and writing.
