From ChatGPT-assisted designs to hand-drawn sketches, the diversity of approaches was truly impressive. A couple of standout designs really caught our eye: One cleverly incorporated an ice motif to represent our on-device AI chip's ultra-low power consumption. 🚀DEEPX and 서울대학교 (Seoul National University)'s AI Semiconductor Graduate School have teamed up to develop benchmarks for #ondeviceAI semiconductors. At a recent ceremony, DEEPX CEO Lokwon Kim and Seoul National University's AI Semiconductor Graduate School Director Hyukjae Lee formalized a partnership to establish global standards for AI semiconductor technologies. Seoul National University's AI Semiconductor Graduate School aims to nurture doctoral-level talents in AI semiconductor design and software, enhancing technological competitiveness and leading global AI semiconductor innovation through domestic research. The collaboration focuses on developing precise on-device AI semiconductor evaluation criteria across various applications. By creating new benchmarks that reflect diverse AI algorithms and evaluation factors demanded by the global on-device AI industry, the initiative aims to accelerate technological advancements and support AI semiconductor commercialization. Seoul National University also plans to develop a quality performance evaluation test platform based on insights from DEEPX's collaborations with over 100 global companies in AI algorithm development, aiming to foster AI semiconductor expertise and expand global educational programs. Kim highlighted the significance of developing globally scalable education programs based on NPU technology, previously reliant on foreign imports, advancing Korea's AI education industry. 🌟Sharing kindness through volunteering! Last Friday, five DEEPX team members - JaeSeung LEE, Jiyeon Lim, 문호권, 최재익, and Ella Lee - continued our commitment to giving back by volunteering at Anna's House. This marks our third visit to this incredible organization! DEEPX fulfills its social responsibility through regular employee volunteer activities as part of our #ESG Outreach program. Anna's House operates a free soup kitchen for homeless individuals and elderly in need. Jaeseung Lee, our HR manager, shared his thoughts: "It was a heartwarming experience to share our time and efforts. I'm looking forward to coming back soon." What makes this visit even more special is that our team members took time out of their incredibly busy schedules, as we're on the verge of mass production, to participate in this volunteer work.
