My dog is a master of relaxation. She loves snoozing, especially curled up at someone's side. I wish you some moments of deep relaxation too in your week. We all know exercise is so good for us! But for many of us it can be challenging to consistently engage in it. I just finished some evening admin and I have to say that it feels really nice to complete some admin tasks for this week. Now it's time for a snuggle with my dog on the couch and a cup of tea with a good book.
