Hours of Operation: 8:00am – 5:00pm CST 
Schedule: Monday-Friday 

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information regarding our services. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently address customer inquiries, resolve problems, and provide accurate information in a professional and courteous manner. You will utilize excellent communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities to ensure satisfaction and maintain positive relationships with our patients. 

Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, adhering to established call scripts and standard procedures. 
    • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives. 
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. 
    • Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy, patience, and courtesy. 
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery. 

Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. 
    • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is desirable. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills, ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. 
    • Proficiency in using electron health record software and other relevant computer applications. 
    • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner.
