About the role 
Medscape is looking for a Program Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating and managing the direct marketing plans to achieve contractual traffic goals (e.g. click goal, visit goal) for direct-to-physician publication dissemination programs through the product  portfolio, part of the Medscape Medical Affairs solution suite. The role encompasses campaign setup and management, tracking, analysis, reporting and optimisation of marketing campaigns.

What you’ll do 
  • Create, execute, track and optimise direct-to-physician marketing plans to ensure traffic goals are met
  • Closely track performance of tactics and progress of programs, adjusting marketing tactics as necessary to meet client objectives and contracted deliverables
  • Analyse traffic of all programs and provide strategic analysis of campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to track, and analyse program performance 
  • Provide account management and client support as needed 
  • Cross-functionally ensure that all internal teams, including project management, and production teams, complete tasks associated with the tracking and reporting of marketing tactics within agreed timeframes
  • Own the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns on our native platform as well as augment traffic on third party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google, etc.)

Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (marketing, publishing, medical communications, medical education) or similar years of relatable experience
  • 2 years combined experience in any of the following: digital marketing related field, i.e. digital agency, digital analytics, experience in digital marketing, including email, media, and contextual linking
  • Advance experience in media & database operations
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Adobe SiteCatalyst (Omniture), Google Ad Manager and Facebook Ads
