ESH Specialist (Greenfield)

Managing ESH by safeguarding the ESH Management System to sustainably ensure & improve compliance with ESH-related requirements and to sustainably improve the ESH performance and foster the ESH network and culture at the new Greenfield location.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental science, Safety management, Occupational health, or a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years experience as a ESH Specialist, engineer or coordinator.
• Internal auditor: according ISO19011 on ISO 45001 (Occupational Heath & Safety) and/or ISO 14001 (Environment).
• Knowledge in:
  • Mexican ESH-related legislation (SEMARNAT, STPS, IMSS, CNSNS, Protección Civil, etc.)
  • Problem solving and incident handling (e.g. tap root champion)
  • Equipment and processes: ESH regulations and standards.
• Experience in:
  • Working in new Operations Industry
  • Ensuring compliance with ESH regulations and standards
  • ESH related audit management
  • Developing and implementing ESH policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, audits, inspections, regulatory inquiries and manage incidents
• Advanced English.
