Welcome to our Hostel

As the name implies, The Jasper Downtown Hostel is located right downtown.

We have private rooms with ensuite bathrooms for up to 4 people and dorm rooms with shared facilities for budget-conscious travelers. The dorm rooms include privacy curtains, night lights, and a cozy comforter, sheet, and pillow for each bed. The private rooms are configured differently from one another to meet the needs of a range of travelers. Some complete with queen beds, others with single or bunk beds. The main floor and first floor are both airconditioned.

The hostel includes a full kitchen, lounge and laundry facilities for your use and lockers are available for storage of your equipment.

This central location makes it easy for guests to access all of Jasper’s amenities. We are located a block away from the Train/Bus station, The Parks Canada Information Centre, the Trail Office and The Jasper Activity & Aquatic Centre. Just across the street is TAGs convenience store, Lou Lou’s Pizzaria, The Liquor Lodge and the Jasper Legion where live music is often presented.

For your safety and everyone’s enjoyment please pay attention to these rules:
Pets or smoking are not allowed inside the hostel. Comforters, sheets, and pillows are supplied with every bed. For hygiene reasons, SLEEPING BAGS are not permitted. Children must be accompanied by an adult within the same room.
