Understanding Reserved Seating
Understanding Reserved Seating is difficult as it needs a pop up telling you that there are no seats available at the requested time for the requested movie. Instead a customer awkwardly attempts to purchase seating when none is available and in reality a customer has to switch movie times until they see a different layout and can purchase a reserved seat for the different time. A simple pop up window saying “No reserved seating is available for this requested showing time.” Then give options to select either to exit, or select a different movie time with available reserved seating would make it so much easier for the customer to find a time where reserved seats are available.
That’s why I have given the app only 3 stars. If this pop up were to show up, it would make the app more user friendly and make the purchasing process quick and easy to use.

**Title: Worst App Experience Ever! 🌟** I wish I could give this app zero stars. Fandango has managed to take everything that should be simple about buying movie tickets and turn it into a nightmare. First off, the app crashes constantly. I can't even search for a movie without the screen freezing up or the app completely closing on its own. When I finally do get it to stay open long enough to browse, the user interface is a confusing mess. Buttons are too small, the text is hard to read, and the layout looks like it was designed by someone who has never actually used an app before. But the worst part? Buying tickets. Oh man, where do I begin? I selected my movie and showtime, but when I tried to choose my seats, the app decided to randomly change my selection to a different theater in another city. Seriously? And when I finally managed to get the right theater and seats, the payment process was a disaster. The app wouldn't accept my perfectly valid credit card, and when I tried using Apple Pay, it just kept loading indefinitely. Don't even get me started on customer service. I reached out for help and got a generic auto-reply that did nothing to solve my problem. By the time I managed to buy my tickets (on the website, not the app), the show was sold out. Save yourself the headache and just go directly to the theater's website or use another service. Fandango's app is a joke, and not the funny kind. 📉
