Ne abbiamo parlato al MIB Trieste School of Management di Trieste durante il corso "Job Replacement", dove Eleonora Ferri, Senior Equity Partner & Founder di W Executive e Filippo Soffiato, Manager Sales & Marketing di WeHunt, si sono confrontati con gli studenti dell’EMBA su tanti aspetti del mestiere dell'Head Hunter.

Over the course of my career, I've had the opportunity to report to a good fifteen CEOs or COOs.
My conclusion is... YES, a woman or a man at the top of a company, whether large, medium-sized or SME, (can) make a difference.
By their style, by their qualities, by their vision.
1. Being at the head of a medium-sized company is more "deserving" because the structure/organisation doesn't have "strategy" teams, "talent managers" or other support teams for the decisions to be made as well as for their implementation.
On a day-to-day basis, it's more “self-made”.
2. They Ecosteryl team decided to run as a trio for this award, which is probably unusual. It means also they run the business as a trio. This implies more interaction and above all, more trust and mutual respect. In a highly individualistic world, this is a quality worth being mentioned.
For those reasons, I've decided to give my first voice to Ecosteryl's team of Co-Directors.
Like me, I hope that you share this point of view and give them your vote. They deserve it.
