Hi everyone!!!! 😀 👋 Do you know that depending on the type of commercial transactions your company does, will have a different impact in the marketing? 📊 Inside the type of companies, we can find the ones with a B2B model or a B2C model. The B2B means "Business to Business". Is an expression that means that the commercial transactions are done between companies. In the other case, the B2C means "Business to Consumer". Is an expression that means that the commercial transactions are done between a company and the final customer. 🛒 💰 The principal differences between the 2 models are the next ones: 1.Purchasing process Closing a business in the B2B world involves a complex chain of processes, with the participation of many people.The B2B purchasing process begins with the detection of a need, followed by a risk study and budget approval. Then the search, contact with suppliers, analysis of options and negotiation are carried out before closing the agreement. On the other hand, the B2C purchasing process is characterized by being more impulsive. Decision making is faster and more direct, with fewer stages and fewer people involved. 2.Demand and target audience In B2C sales, demand is direct: it is influenced by factors such as personal needs, individual preferences, price, quality and convenience. 🆕 On the other hand, in B2B sales it is a derived demand, that is, it arises from the need of companies to obtain products or services for their own operation. 3.Communication and Marketing channels In the case of B2B sales, communication and marketing channels are usually personalized. Business content tends to be more technical and detailed, focused on highlighting specific features and benefits for each company. Additionally, B2C sales, use a wide range of communication channels including: mass media advertising, social media strategies, email marketing 📧 , online ads and blog content. B2C marketing is usually more visual, emotional and aimed at generating interest and attraction to the public.
