Senior Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. -
• Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions. -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process improvements. -
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process maps. -
• Lead process improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and successful completion. -
• Monitor process performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed. -

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. -
• Proven experience as a Process Engineer in the information technology and services industry. -
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Lean and Six Sigma. -
• Proficiency in process modeling and optimization tools. -
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. -
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
