POSITION: INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER

PERMANENT CONTRACT / ITALY

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Industrial Controller, and part of the Finance Department, you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects. As Industrial Controller you will report hierarchically to the Controlling Manager in Strada in Chianti (Florence).

YOUR IMPACT

Activities related to the Industrial Controlling

• Monitor production KPIs and collaborate in the identification of new production analysis and efficiency tools.
• Monitor and verify the production and indirect costs and analysis of deviations.
• Manage monthly review with the Committee’s Directors.
• Manage the monthly preliminary analysis for the preparation of the Group report.
• Contributing to the preparation of annual forecasts and budgets
• Creation of ad hoc analysis and specific focus to identify potential risks/opportunities.
  
  

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:

• Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent experience in Finance field
  
  

Experience:

• Position requires minimum 5-6 years’ experience in an Industrial Control Activities in consulting firms or medium/large companies
• Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus
  
  

Competencies:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
• Detail oriented, highly organized
• Willing to travel in Italy
• Strong skills of analysis, reasoning and logic/ numerical.
• Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills.
• Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point) and at ease with the use of Internet tools. The knowledge of business intelligence tools will be a plus.
  
  

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
