Head of Business Management - ROW

Discover International are retained by a Global CDMO with over 4000 employees and 10 manufacturing sites.

Each site has a turnover of 30-200M Euros and 30-80 clients. We are searching for a Team Head of Business Management for the ROW facilities (outside of Germany). This role is a leadership opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Management of all existing clients on site.
• All commercial topics of the existing business.
• Responsibility for the improvement of processes and interfaces.
• Manage and develop client relationships for commercial manufacturing.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to manage new business opportunities.
• Key tasks include relationship management, new business development, commercial proposals, tech transfer, supply agreements, financial modelling and project cost definition.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience of managing a commercial team.
• Highly skilled in negotiations.
• Knowledge of contract negotiations and supply agreements.
• Knowledge of the CDMO industry or customised products.
• Examples of process improvements achieved.
• Examples of successful negotiations with clients.
• Willingness to travel globally and work onsite 3 days per week.
