Content and Bid Marketing

In Martketing & Sales group we are looking for a Content and Bid Marketing Senior Specialist.

She/He is responsible of delivering Digital Marketing contributions and efforts to Campaigns and Customer Engagement from a Segment, Product and Account perspective, in support of faster sales, upsell and cross sell

Main Missions & Responsibilities

CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE

Execute research and analysis – leveraging marketing data analytics – to better understand customers’ “digital behaviors” and triggers for effective customer engagement and campaign.

Segment contacts data base based on persona analysis to reach the campaigns’ objectives.

Contribute to the definition of the Customer’s journey map – backed with data – to determine what digital channels drive various campaigns or customer engagement objectives and ultimately enable sales.

SALES ENABLEMENT

Execute plan content development partnering with the relevant Marketing & Communications teams, in support of campaigns and customer engagement objectives to enable sales.

Contribute to the efforts of building and continuously improving content enabling sales (white papers, videos, etc.) based on data-driven content performance monitoring.

Support the implementation of digital customer engagement media (Webinars, Digital Experience, Digital Show Rooms, etc.).

Contribute to Sales Enablement practices in terms of content effectiveness tracking and Marketing & Sales platform adoption to maximize ROI.

CAMPAIGNS

Participate to the design of Integrated Campaign initiatives supporting the business objectives partnering with Comms & Marketing (e.g. “Segment Marketing”, “Account Marketing” and PLMs) stakeholders.

Manage digital marketing measurement methodology and KPIs in support of campaigns results tracking.

Manage the traffic acquisition strategy across all digital channels in partnership with Communications.

Support Marketing teams (Product, Segment and Account) in implementing and programming campaigns with Digital Marketing approaches and actions (lead generation, lead scoring, lead nurturing).

Monitor leads transformation with Sales teams towards the Marketing & Sales Funnel management.

Analyze digital marketing contribution to campaigns’ results from “Account”, “Product” and/or “Segment” in terms of ROI and success criteria to optimize digital marketing investments and efforts.

AGILE MARKETING

Support the deployment of new methodologies and technics (persona-based targeting and content. generation, A/B testing, growth hacking…),

Execute digital marketing approaches and technics to guide and accelerate growth hacking in support of new business models development and success.

CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE

Understand the current marketing trends.

Strong knowledge on: Persona definition, Customer Journey mapping, Marketing Data Analytics, SEO, SEM and Customer Personal Data management (GDPR)

SALES ENABLEMENT

Strong knowledge on: Sales enablement content creation, sales enablement content performance, sales readiness management and sales enablement platform management

CAMPAIGNS

Strong knowledge on: Marketing & Sales Funnel management, Campaigns design tactics and execution (product-based, Segment-based, Account-based), Marketing & Sales interface (Inside Sales interactions) and Marketing Automation platforms to manage campaign programming and track leads generation

AGILE MARKETING

Strong knowledge on: Growth Hacking technics and Funnel management, A/B Testing approaches, Scrum Marketing and Learn Marketing.

Experiences Required

Excellent Project management skills and relationship building skills across various teams

High level of proficiency to use and leverage a Marketing Stack,

High level of proficiency with reporting/BI tools and methods

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt course of action

Ability to manage multiple campaigns running at the same time

Excellent writing skills, communication skills, partner relationship skills, and teamwork skills.
