We are looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in executing the Brand strategy, being the key interface to our internal teams and sales teams for the deployment of the brand marketing plans and the reach of the assigned targets.

Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will be accountable for the Brand growth and contribute to define the eyewear category strategy.


Responsabilities:

  • Brand strategy: Product Merchandise, collection maintenance and Pricing strategy
  • Collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager in the definition and execution of the global and local 360* marketing programs
  • Grant the respect of the assigned Brand Marketing budget
  • Develop the seasonal collection brief based combining Licensor’s strategy together with Commercial needs and act as a point of reference for the Product Development and Design teams in all the collection development phases
  • Grant a constant and smooth cooperation with assigned Licenses.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • At least 5 years' proven experience in the field of Brand Management or Marketing management within complex B2C or B2B2C organizations
  • Strategic mindset with expertise implementing effective branding strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and market research to develop strategic insights
  • A pragmatic personality, with high analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven teamworking skills and ability to work with a collaborative and positive approach
  • Adaptability, flexibility and ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language and of the Office suite
  • Proven experience in the eyewear industry will be considered as a plus.
