I have always considered as my ethical and professional responsibility to provide good piece of advice. Sometimes, people did not like my straightforward behaviours because they expected a diplomatic and sugar coated counsel or advice which I think is not right. I always thought that my single word or advice can change the life of the advice seeker in both positive and negative ways. Therefore I should be honest, candid and truthful when I advise or counsel anyone. Few ideas to reflect for my viewers: - Keep in touch with your networks, colleagues and friends. - Read, write and share your thoughts every day. - When anyone approaches you, be sincere, kind, compassionate and truthful. - Never fake out your behaviours that could affect your character. - Respect and recognize relationships. - Do not be selfish. Be ready to give up small pecuniary interests for the sake of relationships. - Take care of your friends and provide help whatever is within your means. - Advise and counsel out of total sincerity, kindness and honesty. I hope above thoughts will help you in building your character. HR is never easier.
