☕Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world, that’s why consumers are increasingly seeking products that are safe and excellent in terms of organoleptic properties. The preservation of aroma and quality begins at the industrial stage since oxygen is responsible for the oxidation of fats in coffee, resulting in a loss of organoleptic properties. Ground coffee, for example, must be kept at a controlled environment to avoid altering the physical characteristics and essence of the coffee. The Jetmixer® M537 Unit – patented for degassing process - can convey in vacuum dense phase, inject nitrogen at controlled pressure and volume during the degassing phase. It also uses mixing to accelerate the process and avoid segregation as well as vacuum,  achieving performance up to 50% better than traditional technologies. This system keeps the batch homogeneous and significantly reduces degassing times. Additionally, the patented ECO DENSE-TRONIC® solution for conveying ground coffee enables a reduction in consumption of up to 70%, leading to a more sustainable production and preventing segregation phenomena. Questo sistema mantiene omogeneo il batch e riduce sensibilmente i tempi di degasaggio.
