Take advantage of the holidays to check out “Make an Impact,” the latest issue of #EVOLVE, MAIRE Group’s official magazine, where we spotlight 3 transformative #books. These reads show how personal effectiveness and a fresh organizational vision can work together to shape our future. ➡️ “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey It identifies seven key habits that, if adopted, can transform a person from a merely reactive existence to a proactive one. ➡️ “Reinventing Organizations” by Frederic Laloux It focuses on how to transform a disillusioned organization into an enlightened one. Laloux opens our eyes to a future that puts people at its center, unlocking the resources they offer for the well-being of the individual, the organization, and the environment. ➡️ “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins Goggins is a former soldier in the Navy SEALs, the U.S. Navy Special Forces now turned athlete and motivational speaker. He talks about the “40% rule” to highlight a very powerful motivational concept. ➡️Read online the new EVOLVE here: https://lnkd.in/drGWtxV9

Our collaboration with Vallourec goes above and beyond! 🚀 We are happy to announce the successful completion of a joint feasibility study to combine the Vallourec’s DelpHy hydrogen storage solution with the “Power-to-X” and green hydrogen projects where NEXTCHEM is involved as technology provider worldwide. The analysis demonstrated that the integration of DelpHy with NEXTCHEM's small scale green ammonia technology not only offers a safe, compact, and flexible solution for hydrogen storage, but also enables the reduction of the overall storage and ammonia synthesis solution by up to 15%, making it a cost-effective and viable solution to serve green hydrogen producers and industrial off-takers. Watch this space as we continue to evolve and innovate.

We’ve been hitting it off in Milan at the Global Energy Transition Congress and Exhibition - the ultimate hotspot for anyone who wants to give a concrete response today for energy transition. And of course, we brought and presented our A-game portfolio of technologies to propel decarbonization. 🚀 As our CEO Alessandro Bernini said, technology is the only possible answer to act today and seize every opportunity that presents itself to propel forward energy transition. Here are the game-changing answers that came up in our panels: ➡️ NX SAF Bio™ - our solution for sustainable aviation fuels -represents the best available technology for small production of SAF, unlocking the opportunity of a sustainable aviation industry. ➡️STAMI Green Ammonia™ - our solution for futureproof carbon-free ammonia production- sets a new standard for the fertilizer production from nature’s elements and nitrogen from the air. Big thanks to our amazing speakers, Alberto Litta Modignani and Marco Bonvini, and everyone who slid into our stand to have a chit-chat. Until next time, keep it lit! 💬 To wrap up in style, we sparked up some wicked chats at our fresh NextChem Dialogues corner. In the coming weeks, you’ll be listening in! Stay tuned.
