Eversheds acted with a multi-practice team composed by the partner Valentina Pomares and the associate Giulia Basso for the labour aspects and the partner Alessandro Greco together with the associates Lorenzo Maniaci and Alberto Venditti in relation to the golden power notification. The intellectual property aspects were handled by the of-counsel Anna Maria Stein while the partner Massimo Maioletti with the associate Edoardo Coia advised for the privacy aspects. 👉 The investment marks a significant step forward for Eco-techno in its industrial project, strengthening the company’s role as a leader in the water treatment sector and consolidating its presence in both the domestic and international markets.
