StMicroelectronics invests in #Catania with a new chip production plant. Coiver Sign & Color – the Coiver Group’s Company specialized in #paintings, wayfinding, digital signage, retail furnitures, visual communication and thermal insulation coatings – was involved by the #GeneralContractor CMB for 8,000 sqm of surfaces #painting, the epoxy painting of ceilings and walls for over 15,000 sqm, the cement smoothing of approximately 3,000 sqm of pillars and the installation of around 8,000 sqm of floor resin. The works, which began in July, will be completed at the end of 2024. Another mega #project that increases the Group’s know-how in #Sicily, confirming how our companies are also operational outside of primary locations. Some important projects managed by the Group in Sicily are the Città dei Templi, Etnapolis, Porte di Catania and the Porto Empedocle shopping centres, as well as the Catanese Clinical Institute - Humanitas. Hitachi Energy Italy, for its headquarters in #Milan and Lodi, has chosen Ferlegno for the #design and installation of the offices partition walls.   Characterized by a contemporary aesthetic, the DOUBLE and ICE glass systems have given the #environmental well-lit and well-being thanks to structures composed of extruded aluminum profiles with a minimal look. Light and resistant, the Ferlegno's partition walls also allowed for an optimal spaces division.   Since 1966, Ferlegno (a Coiver Group Company) has been producing and installing advanced systems of glass walls, coverings and custom furnishings, working in collaboration with the main #architectural studios, supporting them in the #concept design phase, space planning up to closing the #construction phase. Wednesday 10th July at the prestigious “Le Betulle” Golf Club in #Biella over 130 passionate #RealEstate operators competed in the Coiver Group Trophy (3rd stage of the Agire circuit). The event was attended by Gianmaria Di Bartolo (CEO), confirming the Group's commitment to supporting #sport and its values, which reflect daily in our #construction sites and in relationships with our Customers and Stakeholders. Coiver Contract Centro, the Coiver Group’s company base in #Rome since 2006, further increases its Offices Portfolio with the recently delivered project in Via Laurentina. These are the new Leonardo Global Solutions offices whose #construction management and #architectural design is headed by BUROMILAN. As #GeneralContractor, Coiver Contract Centro managed the Cat. A setup and subsequently the Cat. B Fit Out of approximately 3900 sqm carring out the civil works (flooring, dry construction systems and interior finishes) for all 5 floors, the new facade fixtures installation, the mechanical and electrical systems and the installation of the ICE and DOUBLE partition walls by Ferlegno. The peculiarities were the ability of the Rome team to engineer the #project and the speed of execution, teaming up with the DL and the designers, pursuing all the high standards required by Landlord and the Tenant. Coiver Group's mission continues to develop more opportunities in primary locations such as, in addition to #Milan, Rome and #Florence, especially in the general contracting sector in the office and hotel asset classes. The new Fruit and Vegetable Pavilion of the Milan Food Market was recently inaugurated, one of the largest #PublicBuildings built in the city in the last 10 years. With its 43,000 sqm of surface area, it hosts 104 stores and 52 operators, offering a modern and functional #ShoppingExperience. The redevelopment works on the office #building, owned by Fondo Fedora and managed by Prelios, in Piazzetta Morgagni in #Rome have been completed.   Coiver Contract Centro, a Coiver Group company based in the Capital since 2006, was involved by Prelios SGR as #GeneralContractor for the Cat. B fit out works of the 1st floor and half of the 3rd floor. The intervention, which lasted 5 months, involved the supply and installation of floors, false ceilings, coverings, lighting fixtures, as well as the #design and installation of partition glass walls (Double and Ice systems by Ferlegno). In addition to this, Coiver Contract Centro coordinated and managed the electrical and fire prevention systems renovation, adapting them to the new layout and current regulations.   This #project adds to other important General Contracting interventions managed by Coiver Group in the Roman territory. To name a few, the Docplanner offices in the Centro Direzionale Argonauta, the Hi Finance and Top Network headquarters in Via Bianchini and the restyling of the Sisal offices in Viale Sacco e Vanzetti.
