Arsha Favavaran Co. is seeking a skilled Fiber Optic planner with a comprehensive understanding of all Fiber Optic design. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in planning, designing, and implementing fiber optic networks, as well as proficiency in OSP infrastructure layout. Key Responsibilities: 1. Fiber Optic Network Design:    - Design, plan, and implement fiber optic networks for various projects.    - Conduct feasibility studies to determine optimal network routes and configurations.    - Select appropriate fiber optic cables, connectors, and components based on project requirements.    - Ensure efficient utilization of resources and cost-effective network design. 2. OSP Design:    - Develop OSP infrastructure layouts for fiber optic networks, considering factors such as cable paths, conduits, poles, and distribution points.    - Collaborate with civil engineers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with local regulations and environmental considerations.    - Design and optimize fiber distribution hubs and splice closures in OSP environments. 3. Documentation and Reporting:    - Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, drawings, and specifications.    - Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress.    - Prepare reports for internal teams and clients outlining network designs and proposed OSP layouts. 4. Collaboration and Communication:    - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure seamless project execution.    - Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to address design challenges and incorporate feedback.    - Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. - Proven experience in designing fiber optic networks, including knowledge of fiber types, connectors, and splicing techniques. - Familiarity with OSP design principles, including aerial and underground installations. - Proficiency in using design software/tools for fiber optic and OSP planning (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS software). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and client interactions.
