Volunteer Survey Results Released

We’re excited to share our latest volunteer survey results here, which show significant satisfaction rates across the board. Our volunteer teachers are key to creating cross-cultural connection and belonging in our communities. Truly, we cannot achieve our mission without them. Intercambio works continuously to understand and improve the volunteer experience.

In early May, our team sent a survey out to our current active volunteers (170 people), and 58 percent replied. We’re grateful to all who took the time to share thoughts and input. From the responses, we received valuable information about how our volunteers feel about our program and where we can improve.
