Welcome to the website of Infra, the Apache Infrastructure Team!

Serving the technical needs of The Apache Software Foundation and its projects

Looking for Help?

The Apache Infrastructure team, or Infra, supports the day-to-day operations of the technical aspects of the foundation and its projects. If you have questions or require support with email, code repositories, virtual machines, web sites, issue trackers and more, we are here to help!

Services and Tools

Infra supports services for the ASF and its projects, including GitBox, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Buildbot. We have an extensive toolbox that contains both home-brewed solutions and "off the shelf" offerings. Feel free to check them out.

Self-serve

Use our self-serve features to perform tasks ranging from requesting a Jira account to creating a mailing list, without having to involve the Infra team.

Roundtables

Infra holds Roundtable meetings most months to discuss infrastructure development and challenges. Participants are welcome to bring their own concerns, questions, and suggestions.

The next Roundtable will be July 3, 2024, 1700UTC.

Ideas

Here is the suggestion box for future ASF infrastructure services, as well as for enhancements to existing services.

Add your suggestion, or upvote and comment on suggestions others have made.

Inside Infra

Infra publishes a monthly newsletter, "Inside Infra", on our blog and also emails it to Members and committers who have subscribed to the users@infra.apache.org email list. This is a handy way to catch up on Infrastructure developments, policy changes, and new resources.
