How do I get Indiegraf Experts services? Do I need to sign up to Essential, Grow or Scale?
We know that it takes more than technology and advice to succeed. Publishers also need the capacity to implement growth strategies. That’s where Indiegraf Experts services come in.
Indiegraf Experts allow publishers to add business talent for less money and with less risk than hiring a staff member.
Our experts roll up their sleeves to help publishers in many ways. Examples include writing and executing membership revenue campaigns, creating local advertiser media kits, implementing email marketing to move subscribers down the audience funnel, testing marketing messages via social media campaigns, and producing paid advertising campaigns to grow your email list – and the list goes on.
You do not have to sign up for Indiegraf to access Indiegraf Experts services. We offer limited support designed to help publishers grow on other platforms, including Ghost and Mailchimp. But we recommend you upgrade to Indiegraf when you have enough revenue to do so. Indiegraf is most effective when you integrate our technology and Experts services together.

What do the migration add-ons include?
You can choose to self-migrate content and contacts to your new Indiegraf products, or we can provide support for a one-time fee. Here is more information on the three levels of migration support we offer as onboarding add-ons:
Simple Migration
Migration support includes: Indie Email
Indie Email — Indiegraf will migrate over your existing contacts to the Indie Email platform. We support migrating from most email service providers, including Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Ghost, Constant Contact and more.
Indiegraf will migrate your contacts, tags, segments, merge tags or custom fields and existing automations to the Indie Email platform.
Intermediate Migration
Migration support includes: Indie Website, Indie Email, Indie Ads Manager
Indie Email — Same as Simple Migration
Indie Website — Indiegraf will migrate your existing website content to the new Indie Website. The Intermediate Migration add-on supports migrations from many content management systems, including WordPress, SquareSpace, Ghost, Patch Labs and Substack, up to 15,000 posts.
Indiegraf will migrate your active posts, active pages, categories, custom taxonomies, tags, active users (post authors), forms and media.
Indie Ads Manager — Indiegraf will migrate your existing advertising inventory to the Indie Ads Manager. We support migrations from many ad serving platforms, including Broadstreet, Google Ad Manager and more.
Indiegraf will migrate your active ads and advertiser records.
Advanced Migration
Migration support includes: Indie Website, Indie Email, Indie Ads Manager
Indie Email — Same as Simple and Intermediate Migrations
Indie Website — Same as Intermediate Migration, up to 100,000 posts
Indie Ads Manager — Same as Intermediate Migration
What happens to my website if I cancel Indiegraf?
You can cancel your Indiegraf account for any reason by providing us with 60 days notice in writing. You own your content and data, and we will provide a CSV file containing your content to facilitate your migration to your new chosen platform. You will need to find a new website provider and hosting service. No hard feelings.
