Jharkhand is going to polls in 4 phases to elect 14 members of Parliament from the state. In the last Lok Sabha elections in 2019, BJP had won 11 seats, AJSU Party 1, JMM 1, and INC 1.
The total number of constituencies in Jharkhand are 14. The full list of constituencies are as follows - Chatra, Dhanbad, Dumka, Giridih, Godda, Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, Khunti, Kodarma, Lohardaga, Palamu, Rajmahal, Ranchi, Singhbhum.
A resurgent BJP under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has registered two successive election victories - in 2014 and 2019. The Modi juggernaut has helped the saffron party consolidate its position in the run up to the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
