Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Moscow on Monday, his first visit since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war. The Russians and the Indian diaspora, upon his landing, showered expressions of love and support as the PM’s convoy was passing by. A highlight of the occasion was a performance by a young Russian girl dressed in Indian attire who joined others in the dance.

Clad in a vibrant yellow and red glitzy ghagra-choli, a traditional Indian ensemble worn during festive occasions, the little girl joyfully raised her hands in the air and moved her feet to the rhythm. Her adorable dance in the video has won hearts across social media, prompting an outpouring of “awwwws.”

Upon arrival, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also greeted and interacted with numerous children and people from the Indian diaspora who had gathered outside in Moscow to welcome him. He shook hands, engaged in conversations, and shared moments with the members of the community.
