This $200 Android device turns Xreal Air glasses into an Apple Vision Pro like headset

The device comes with a 6.5-inch 2K touchscreen and can be connected to Xreal’s augmented-reality glasses using a USB-C cable. Powered by a Snapdragon 400 series processor, the device offers an Apple Vision Pro-like spatial experience and features two 50MP cameras on the back that can capture 3D content. It also has two ports on the bottom so you can charge and connect the device to AR glasses at the same time.

As for the user interface, Xreal seems to have gone with a very Vision Pro-like experience, which can be interacted with the Beam Pro as a pointer. You can also control it using your hands in case you happen to pair it up with the Air 2 Ultra.

Similar to most smartphones, the Xreal Beam Pro lets you download and install apps from the Google Play Store, which can then be used in an Apple Vision Pro-like user interface. Since the Xreal Beam Pro projects the content to the AR glasses, you will be able to use millions of apps available on the Android ecosystem.

The base variant of the Xreal Beam Pro with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at $199 whereas the 8GB RAM and 256GB version can be purchased for $249.
