Bigg Boss OTT 3 contestant Poulomi Das plans to follow late Siddharth Shukla’s footsteps: ‘I am the best contestant they will ever have’

Poulomi is always seen endorsing equal beauty standards and proudly flaunting her dark complexion. When asked of she has ever faced discrimination personally or professionally, she shares, “I have never been made to feel bad about my skin tone back home. I don’t know why people have made being dark-skinned such a big deal though. They say who will marry you, but is getting married so important? I rather make money and build a better life for myself.”

Poulomi also shares that the money she earns through Bigg Boss OTT 3 will help her buy a house in Mumbai. “I want to buy a flat in Mumbai with the money I make through this show. It will not be as big as my house in Calcutta, but to buy that big a house in Mumbai I will have to become Shah Rukh Khan. My father will not be very happy with the flat, but he will surely be proud.”

Given the Bigg Boss house is often a battleground, Poulomi says she would use the same tactics or approach as the Bigg Boss 13 winner Late Siddharth Shukla did in order to deal with nasty situations on the show. “I will use the famous line by Siddharth Shukla, ‘tum, tum, tum, bhaad main jaao,’ she says. Poulomi Das also adds, “I have been told that Bigg Boss is not a very easy show, mentally you need to be very strong, which I am. I do get stressed over little things but I am a firecracker, I don’t have the c of calm in me.”

Talking about her personality strengths and weaknesses, Poulomi Das goes on to explain, that she is a great cook and also kind-hearted. “I cook well, I am extremely kind to others, I try to read people’s faces, body language, etc because I believe that tells a lot of truth about a person. But at the same time, I abuse a lot, since I am a Bengali I can fight dangerously, I am an erupting volcano, but I cool down quickly.”

In conclusion, when asked how important is it for her to win Bigg Boss OTT 3, she confidently answers, “I am here to win the show.”
