JAM 2025: IIT Delhi to conduct exam on February 2

The JAM 2025 will be held in two shifts in a computer-based mode. On the forenoon shift, the examination will be conducted for subjects like mathematics, chemistry, and geology while on the afternoon shift, biotechnology, economics, physics, and mathematical statistics will be conducted.

IIT Delhi is the organizing institute of JAM 2025 that will coordinate the admission process of only the admitting institutes. For admission, only those students can apply for the process who would qualify for the JAM 2025. For more information, candidates can visit the official website, jam.iitm.ac.in.

The examination is for students who are seeking admission to various postgraduate programmes such as MSc. MSc. (Tech.), MS (Research), MSc. – MTech. Dual Degree, Joint MSc. – PhD., and MSc. – PhD. Dual Degree, across multiple disciplines by institutes across the country.

Admission shall be given as per All India Rank (AIR) in each test paper of JAM 2025, reservation policy of Government of India, and the availability of seats. “The list of academic programmes, number of seats, eligibility requirements and minimum educational qualifications of each of the programmes is mentioned in the information brochure are subject to change, as per the policy of admitting institutes.” read the notification from the institute.

JAM 2025 is open to all nationals both Indian and foreign. For admission, foreign nationals are required to met all the rules and regulations of the admitting institute pertaining to foreign students.
