We are looking for an amazing Windows developer to help improve our applications as part of our cross-functional team. We're agile from bottom to top and rely on our engineers to help direct the company with planning sessions, standups, and retros. We insist on clean code and automated acceptance and unit tests.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and support applications for the Windows Desktop ecosystem
Translate Designs into high-quality code
Create unit testing
Follow code guidelines to provide consistent code between the different products
Create clean and understandable code for others
Review peers code
Identify performance issues and bugs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Skills/Knowledge
Windows SDK / Win32 / WinRT
WPF experience is required
C#
Visual Studio
Git
Understanding of the Networking API’s
Familiar with Restful APIs
Ability to understand different architectures and implement them
Understanding of code guidelines and how to follow them
WinUI 3.0 and UWP knowledge is helpful
Ability to translate UI mocks and designs into code
This is NOT a web development team. Strictly Windows Desktop Applications.
Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Build scripts in a git environment
Requirements And Qualifications
At least 5 years of Windows application development experience
At least one application using WPF and Prism or Caliburn Micro
Experience implementing using third-party libraries and APIs
